Winemaking: Hand-harvested grapes are gently whole-cluster pressed to extract the vibrant fruit flavors and delicate pink hue. The juice undergoes cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and acidity.

Tasting Notes: A refreshing and vibrant sparkler with aromas of ripe strawberry, watermelon, and hints of citrus zest. The palate bursts with flavors of juicy raspberry, tangy cranberry, and a touch of blood orange. The fine-grained mousse adds a delightful effervescence that lingers on the finish.
