Winemaking: Suelovivo Blanco embraces simplicity and minimal intervention. Harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks, allowing the true character of the fruit and terroir to shine through. The wine sees six months of aging on its lees in concrete before bottling unfiltered, preserving its natural texture and vibrancy.
