Vineyard: Two Blondes Vineyard, situated high on a sun-drenched hillside in the Horse Heaven Hills sub-AVA. This coveted site features well-drained, ancient volcanic soils, ideal for producing Sauvignon Blanc with vibrant acidity and intense minerality.

Winemaking: Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and gently whole-cluster pressed. The juice undergoes slow, cool fermentation in a mix of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, preserving the fruit's purity and complexity. A small portion undergoes malolactic fermentation, adding subtle richness and texture.

Tasting Notes: This Sauvignon Blanc bursts with aromas of grapefruit, lime zest, white peach, and fresh herbs. On the palate, it's lively and textured, with vibrant acidity balanced by ripe fruit flavors and hints of honeydew melon and flint. The finish is long and mineral-driven, leaving a lasting impression of elegance and finesse.
